Atulyam Technolabs LLP ("Atulyam", "we", "us", "our") builds custom software, AI, and enterprise applications for clients around the world. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and our client engagements, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you have over it.
This policy applies to visitors of this website, prospective clients who contact us, candidates who apply for a role with us, and anyone who submits information through one of our forms. It does not cover information processed on behalf of a client under a separate service agreement or statement of work — that processing is governed by the terms agreed with that client.

- Marketing and NDA preferences. Our contact form includes optional checkboxes to opt in to occasional news and updates, or to request a copy of our Non-Disclosure Agreement. We only add you to a mailing list or send an NDA if you have actively checked that box.
- Newsletter subscriptions. If you subscribe to our newsletter separately, we collect the email address you provide for that purpose alone.
- Career applications. If you apply for an open role, we collect your name, contact details, the role you're interested in, a link to your portfolio or professional profiles, and anything else you choose to share with us.
- Usage information. Where analytics are enabled and you have consented via our cookie banner, we collect general usage data such as pages visited, referring source, device and browser type, and approximate location, to help us understand how the site is used and where it can be improved.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your enquiry, schedule a conversation, or provide a proposal or quote for the services you asked about;
- Review and respond to job applications;
- Send you an NDA or other requested document, when you have asked for one;
- Send occasional news, case studies, or updates, but only if you opted in to receive them — you can unsubscribe at any time;

We do not use the information you submit through our contact form for automated decision-making, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone.

We keep enquiry and application data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, follow up on a potential engagement, or comply with our legal and accounting obligations, and we periodically review and remove information we no longer need. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including access controls, encrypted transport, and restricted internal access — to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately given the sensitivity involved.

Atulyam operates across India, the United States, and Australia, and works with clients and infrastructure providers in multiple countries. As a result, your information may be processed in a country other than the one you submitted it from. Children's privacy
This website and our services are directed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and if we become aware that we have done so inadvertently, we will delete it.
