If you request a Non-Disclosure Agreement through our contact form, we will provide our standard NDA template for review. Submitting that request does not, by itself, create a binding confidentiality obligation on either party — a confidentiality obligation only takes effect once an NDA is signed by both parties, or once an equivalent confidentiality clause in a signed engagement agreement takes effect.
